Two- and three-bedroom flats are in the greatest demand. Letting 2- and 3-bedroom flats is more stable, and tenants change less often. Flats with 4 or more bedrooms are often rented jointly by students, so tenants change constantly in them too.<\/p>\n

The most profitable properties are those that combine as many important features as possible: the quality of the home itself, closeness to public transport stops, a location in areas with good amenities, near business centres, administrative and commercial districts, universities and so on.
