The Spanish-Swiss construction company Immosol has started work on Nalia Resort, a new upmarket development in Torrevieja. It will comprise 136 bungalows from 130 m² with two or three bedrooms, located on the Los Balcones urbanisation next to another development, Laguna Beach, also built by the company. From here Torrevieja hospital will be 5 minutes away by car, and the town centre and La Zenia shopping centre 10 minutes.
Residents of the development will have three large pools, several hot tubs, a children’s playground, an indoor gym, a calisthenics area, a tennis court and a mini-golf course. Every home will have a parking space, a storage room, large terraces and solariums with views of Torrevieja’s Pink Lagoon, so you can enjoy the sun almost all year round.
Particular attention will be paid to the quality of the exterior and interior finishes in order to obtain energy efficiency certificates rated A or B.
Prices for the homes, the first batch of which will be completed at the start of next summer, will start at €220,000. €50 million has been allocated to the Nalia Resort project, and the developer’s total investment in projects in the province of Alicante has reached €140 million.
