In Estepona (province of Málaga), one of the favourite destinations for major property investors, the two most expensive properties in the municipality have been sold. Both are in the luxury development Ikkil Bay, in the prestigious Seghers area, next to Playa del Cristo beach and just a few minutes from the town centre, the marina and the Mirador del Carmen art museum.
This area has the highest property prices in the whole of Estepona: a square metre here is valued at €4,619. Growing interest in the Seghers area, which has changed noticeably in recent years, has gone hand in hand with rising prices across the town. In July a record high of €3,461/m² was recorded here, 12.6% more than in the same period last year.
In total, this development, which represents an investment of €16 million, has nine properties: eight sky villas and a penthouse. They range from 200 to 547 m² and are priced at €2.3-5 million. They stand out for high-quality materials such as wood, marble and glass, and for interiors that combine contemporary architecture with comfort.
All the homes have infinity pools, top-of-the-range appliances, air conditioning and sanitary ware, as well as home lighting systems. The development has gardens with fountains and waterfalls, an indoor pool with a spa, a Turkish bath, a sauna and a hot tub, a gym and a car park with a lift.
